The Governing Board is composed of:

1. The governing Board shall consist of between 15 and 21 members beginning with the Officers who are President, President-Elect, Immediate Past President,
   
2. A representative of each Division, Affiliated Association and Area Chapter.
3. Divisions whose membership exceeds 251 have two representatives and those whose membership exceeds 750 shall have three representatives.
4. A Human Rights representative elected for a two-year term.
   

The Executive Committee (a) is composed of 10 members which shall include:

1. the President, the President-Elect, the Immediate Past President, the Treasurer, the Corporate Secretary, and the Administrator (ex-officio);
   
2. a three year representative of each of the two largest Branch Divisions.
3. the Human Rights Representative
